I could choose between a one-off clean when I’m in a hurry, or setting up regular visits when I have the time, thanks to its flexible cleaning structure.
The team that came over was clearly experienced and friendly to boot. Also, the entire team is fully insured, which earns them plus points.
I was happy to know that the service uses ammonia and chlorine-free cleaning products, as my asthmatic mum sometimes drops in and could have an adverse reaction to harsher cleaning chemicals.
I could see why my neighbour keeps calling them back, given their straightforward service options. They do get booked fast, though, especially during the weeks leading up to holidays and during spring.

I was glad to learn that they service both small flats and larger homes, as well as commercial establishments. I booked them for my small business, and was impressed with their use of high-powered vapour steam cleaning that made my workplace look and smell clean.
Regular and one-off cleaning are both offered, accomplished by a fully insured staff who are also friendly.
My sister was happy with the deep clean she got a few hours before her party guests arrived. Having fragile collectables at home, she was glad for the careful but thorough cleaning as well as the insurance coverage.
However, while mattress cleaning is available as part of their services, there’s a minimum call-out charge of £69, plus VAT, and king-size mattress cleaning fetches around £50 plus VAT (not cheap!).

I like that they were willing to work around my availability without any fuss, unlike other maid services in Edinburgh, whose schedules I had to adjust to. They sent me a cleaner for my small flat, who was fully vetted, experienced, and got straight to work.
The place looked great by the time the cleaner left, and with no damage or anything out of place. The entire process felt seamless and organised, which I appreciated.

The team was small but clearly experienced, handling both routine jobs and heavier cleans without cutting corners. I first tried them as a one-off, but I’m quite satisfied with the results, so I’m thinking of engaging in regular visits to do my kitchen and bathrooms.
I appreciated the straightforward booking. I was given a free quote via email, which helped me budget for the month’s service bills without overspending.
I also like that the service felt more personal, compared to dealing with a big cleaning chain. I think they’re great with seasonal refreshes.
