Now, I’m usually one for booking holidays face-to-face, but when I hopped onto Hays’ site to find their contact number, I ended up browsing flights, hotel deals, and itineraries. Before I knew it, I’d booked my trip online!
I still gave them a quick ring to confirm the details, but I loved how smooth and stress-free the whole process was. No more panic-inducing calls, thank goodness.

The tours feel tailor-made, with flexible pacing and extra local tips. The guides adapt to group interests and foster enjoyable interactions. Even with weather changes, they deliver on consistent enthusiasm and quality. We loved our time with them very much!
While we enjoyed the experience, most of the tours are Spanish-led. While insightful, non-Spanish speakers might find fewer accounts of English tours though available with limited guides.

Yesterday we enjoyed the “Complete Edinburgh” Tour with Pascual. I was recommended by a friend, and it was a total success. Seven and a half hours of excursion, the most complete I have experienced in an unknown city. Pascual makes it very entertaining, tells a thousand anecdotes, draws on the history of the Scottish country, motivates you with curiosity and intrigue and reveals places that we would not have visited on our own, along with recommendations about the city.
