The staff were very helpful and prompt and also listened to my description in detail of what we were hearing when it was malfunctioning. Asking questions to really find out where the issue was which I don’t we would have got from a lot of places as it appeared out machine behaved in a different way the standard machine meaning it could have been written off as past it last legs.

No fuss or bother
