Can’t say enough about them, well worth the money spent
An absolutely Amazing service today at the Holiday Inn Express City Centre. There are so few engineers who work such awkward hours, but thank god for ATR being one of them. The engineer was so very nice and walked me through the problem of our oven, rather than getting on and us never knowing what the case was!

She understood my concerns and put me at ease that she would get it sorted. I was called back within the hour and told that an engineer would be out in 2 days.
